Sourced from the northern aspect of Sumatra in the province of Aceh, this wet hulled and double picked coffee is unlike any other. While most Sumatra coffees are earthy and bring hints of tobacco, this variety smells of fennel, licorice and nutmeg with flavor notes bordering on chocolate cake in a cup. Had Sumatran before?
